Mostly original although repainted. Ed has had the car since
1993-94. Still in the process of restoration. Ed says he got it
because there were more than 2 people in his family!
And it wouldn’t be right not to mention “Water Baby”, so-called
because that was the doll’s name. It travels with Ed and is
especially well-known in the MG circles. So much so that local
and national members have made clothes and accessories for her
and the hammock stand – a Kentucky friend made the stand out of
Kentucky bourbon barrels. AKA “WB” and “The Dub”.
Oh…and the shorts. Originally belonged to Thimmes Moorhead and
acquired by Ed when Thimmes girth expanded and never
relinquished.
